Fluor rose $.30 or .7 percent, to $44.77.
FosterWhl rose $.89 or 3.1 percent, to $29.70.
Quanta Services rose $.32 or 1.5 percent, to $21.66.
Shaw Group rose $.08 or .3 percent, to $25.42.
