Akamai Technologies rose $.11 or .5 percent, to $22.56.
Amazon fell $.47 or .4 percent, to $118.37.
eBay rose $.07 or .3 percent, to $22.51.
Google rose $3.30 or .6 percent, to $537.29.
Yahoo fell $.15 or .9 percent, to $15.70.
