Shares of some top managed care companies were mixed at the close of trading:
Aetna rose $.35 or 1.3 percent, to $26.62.
CIGNA rose $.28 or 1.0 percent, to $28.31.
Coventry Healthcare fell $.10 or .5 percent, to $20.80.
Humana rose $.66 or 1.8 percent, to $37.67.
UnitedHealth rose $.49 or 1.9 percent, to $26.91.
WellPoint rose $.82 or 1.7 percent, to $48.43.
