NY Times rose $.20 or 2.6 percent, to $7.98.
News Corp fell $.01 or .1 percent, to $13.51.
TimeWrn rs rose $.01 or percent, to $30.16.
Viacom rose $.40 or 1.3 percent, to $30.17.
